You can read about the issue in the news section . One of our server hard drives passed away recently and we lost many of the wma files from older titles. We're doing the best we can to restore the files. It may be a few months until we have the older zip files for Mack Bolan, Executioner and Stony...

We are phasing out the full wma option. The zip file download contains the same audio content and a playlist which will play all of the parts in order, which is esentially the same exact function as the full wma. We'll have some exciting download news within a couple months, so hang in there...

Re: License problem

First, make sure the settings are correct on your sound card or audio device. Does the wmp play any other audio or video files correctly? Does the error give you any numbers or error codes? It could be a problem with a codec, so you can make sure to configure the Player to download codecs automatically...

I synced the Deathlands 33 (full wma version) to a creative zen v player and it worked fine. We did have a customer who had an error with the same title last August using a Sansa player. I don't have a Sansa player to test... Were you able to burn the files to CD?

The MP3-CD and WMA track lengths are currently based on the Audio CD lengths. We cut out the end of cd side announcements for the wma and mp3 files. For example: Audio CD # 1 is 60 minutes. MP3-CD track 1 is 60 minutes. If there is 6 CD's in the audiobook, then there will be 6 MP3 files on the MP3...

There is no update on offering mp3 downloads yet. We're starting to offer higher quality wma downloads though. Did you guys notice the sound quality difference on the newest releases?
