    Re: downloading

Many download accelerators will not work, because they download the file in multiple chunks. This is not compatible with the way our mp3 server streams the zip files. The dap or other software may timeout or stop around 99% and it will use all of your download attempts.

We recommend using the free Mozilla Firefox browser and the built in download functionality.

    Re: downloading

We found that using Firefox, with no download managers or plug ins, will work the best. Make sure you have a decent connection and you're not downloading from other websites at the same time. You might also want to turn off skype or other software that may be using valuable bandwidth.

Are you having troubles with other titles or is it just one book giving the error?

    Re: downloading

It seems like you internet connection is disconnecting and causing errors with the zip file stream. Please make sure you have a secure and solid connection and it should work fine.

Email support@graphicaudio.net if you need your download attempts reset.

Sorry, but you can not pause and resume our MP3 Downloads. That must be causing the issue.

    Re: downloading

The Firefox download functions work perfect with our downloads, but do not press pause and disconnect from the internet or shut off your computer until the download is completed.

    Re: downloading

I was having that exact same problem, was using firefox and was letting it download overnight when i would have the best bandwidth. and in the morning i would get that same message.  im not exactly sure what was causing it, as the downloads would work perfect on my wifes come, but not mine.  the wifes computer died and i built her a new one wich also has no problems downloading.

as an experiment i started a download durring the day and made sure i was around at about the same time the downloads stopped previously. strangly enough i caught my router resetting... tried again on wifes comp, same router, same port on router, no problems.   SO all in all i have no idea why it was happening, but now i knew what was happening... my guess is a setting on my comp somewhere.
