Question about DH Audio book for Richard Rohan or anyone who could help

Several years ago DH Audio was producing audio versions of books in The Destroyer series. I was never able to find a copy of #118, Killer Watts. I was wondering if anyone here knows of a place where I could get a copy. I have searched the internet for years trying to find one so that I could have a complete collection. I would even be willing to buy a homemade copy if someone has the book and would be willing to make a copy for me.

     thanks,

    Dale

Dang I did searches everywhere, and as you state nothing. The best bet as I am sure you know is eBay, and keep an eye on auctions that have multiple audiobooks since a lot of times they don’t list what the individual Destroyer titles are, they let the pictures do the talking. Also if you have yet to do so do a “Want It Now” listing on eBay it can get good results. Just make sure if someone contacts you saying they have one to sell check out their eBay name on Google first see if they are a rip-off artist. There has been a few cases of individuals trying to say they have something, but don’t have a camera or scanner asking for a money order as payment. I will keep searching to see what I might find.

I had good luck finding DH audios off of Amazon.com they have folks that have these books sell them, you may want to try Barnes and Noble.com too. Good hunting!

As MacsGirl states they are both good sites for finding out of print titles, and if I am not mistaken the Barnes & Noble results on out of print books uses the inventory that Abe Books has on hand. With Amazon you can also post a "Order It Used" similar to "Want It Now" on eBay. The thing to do is if you find a title you want from a seller on Abe Books or the others try seeing if that merchant has a site of their own since most of the time Amazon and Abe Books/Barnes & Noble charges a fee for the sale which makes the price higher there than on the merchants own site so that way you can save a few bucks.

I have had no luck yet finding the dh Audio's version of Destroyer #118 Killer Watts, but at least you can now get it through GA.

I am happy about that and I have already ordered a copy of it. It doesn't help my completist obsession but it may be the best I will ever do.

I have quite a few feelers out there, and I am going to hit a few used book stores in my area it will turn up. I wish I could find a dh Audio checklist that would give insite into what they produced.
