if i re enter all this will it screw up books i already got or not

Just make sure you're using the same email address to log in the returning customers. You can re-enter your address and payment information. It won't change any of your previous purchases.

Yeah noticed that billing info isn't important too. They use email addy and password to keepe track of purchases
