GraphicAudio allows customers to authorize the downloads on up to 3 computers. Once you reach the 3 license limit, then it asks you to re-buy the title. You should never re-purchase a title, so just contact us and we can reset your license to zero.

I went ahead and reset the licenses for those titles you listed. You'll just have to download the wma file(s) to your hard drive, then click "Returning Customers" and enter your email and password to re-authorize the title.

For more information visit the WMA Download Guide or the FAQ page.

The same thing happened to me With Infinite Crisis Part 1.  My computer crashed and I had to reload XP, then I loaded Vista.  Those count as loading on a new computer?  It is now asking me to repurchase the audio book.  I have never used this on any other computer but 1.

    Re: Big Problem

THIS is exactly the reason why you should backup your files by burning them to Audio CD. I know it makes a bit of clutter having the audio cd collection but you save yourself having to take the time to contact GA and waiting for them to read the email, then go through the probelm of resetting the play count. I didn't look at the time between the first message was sent and VF's reply, but I guarentee it's so much quicker to just rip the CD.  Just my opinion on the subject. DM Free Backups are very important!

    Re: Big Problem

Just re-rip the cd back into a WMA file with whatever program you use to listen to WMA's   It's absolutly no different then the file you downloaded except you can play it without having to re-register or wait for GA to re-authorize your file.  Thats the whole problem with DRM. Be glad that GA is willing to do the work.  If it were ITunes or some other type of music or online audio distributorof DRM'd music, then you would be absolutly screwed.  GA and Napster are the only companies I a aware of that allow re-registrationof digital product without having to repurchase the file.

    Re: Big Problem

Yeah I had it like that, but when I reloaded the computer I had to wipe the drives.  I haven't copied my newest books yet, but I will.  My daughter has itunes and bought a new computer and they wouldn't let he re download with out repurchase.  Yeah I know they will fix it, it's just a pain...

    Wingers17,

I reset your wma licenses, so you should be able to re-authorize them by logging in "Returning Customers". Let us know if you have any questions.
